ISBN-13
Effective January 1, 2007, the length of the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) will officially change from 10 to 13 digits. This change will require publishers to use 13-digit ISBNs instead of 10-digit ISBNs when identifying books and other published materials.
Sadlier and Sadlier-Oxford will implement ISBN-13 by January 1, 2007. We will accommodate the use of 13 digit ISBNs in all customer business transactions. We will also continue to accommodate the use of 10-digit ISBNs for those customers that require that service.
The Book Industry Study Groups (BISG) maintains an ISBN-13 web site with recommended implementation guidelines that are periodically updated to reflect the latest recommendations. Go to www.bisg.org/isbn/isbn-13/ for more information.
Prices
Subject to change without notice. School and Institution prices reflect a 25% discount (allowable for educational institutions only). Shipping/handling charges are billed at 12% of order subtotal for orders totaling more than $60 but less than $1000. Shipping/handling charges are billed at 10% of order subtotal for orders totaling more than $1000. Orders under $60.00 are charged $7.95 shipping. Prices are in effect October 1, 2007.
Sales Tax Personal orders subject to sales tax. Institutional orders
subject to sales tax where applicable. First-time orders from a
tax-exempt organization must include a copy of its sales tax exemption
certificate. All resellers must include a copy of their resale
certificate.
Terms
Subject to credit approval. Net 30 days from invoice date. Late charges
may be added to invoices not paid by due date. F.O.B shipping point.
Bookstore and personal orders must include payment by check or credit
card.
International

and must specify method of shipping. Please note: For your protection,
any order valued at $100 or more will be sent via a traceable method.
Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the

Shipping
All shipments sent UPS or freight, according to weight. Allow 1-3 weeks
for delivery. Express/Special Delivery: Second day or next day
deliveries will include a surcharge.

Materials in resaleable condition are accepted for return within 30 days
of invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice. For a
return authorization, you must mail or fax a letter to Customer Service
stating titles, quantities, and the reason for the return of the
materials. Stamped or marked books, Teacher's Guides, and Activity Books
cannot be returned for credit. CDs, videos, and audiocassettes may be
returned within 30 days for replacement only if defective. Materials in
opened 6-Packs or 10-Packs may not be returned.

Teaching Certificates needed for Annotated Teacher's Guides and Answer Key
Annotated Teacher's Guides and Answer Keys can only be shipped to a home address if the order and check is accompanied by the ordering person's Teaching Certificate. The Teaching Certificate may be faxed to us when using a credit card.
